Upgrade Fixture with Modular Flexibility

ConNexTube’s Repair-to-Upgrade (R2U) pathway turns any linear fixture into a future-ready system. Begin with a simple tube swap. When ready, drop in a ballast. Add smart controls whenever you need them. Finish with emergency backup at your pace. Each step stands on its own and builds toward the future. No wasted cost. No ceiling disruption. Just a clear path forward.

Configure Fixture with One Tube

Set light output with ConnSet® while keeping the same Type-C tube. Quote faster, cut SKUs, and stay efficient across lumen targets.

One tube covers from 1,600lm troffers to 33,000lm high bays — and beyond, simply by adding more lamps.

Control Fixtures in Wireless Network

Add sensors or controllers through 0–10V and 12V aux. Start simple, upgrade to full wireless when ready — no new fixture required.

From basic dimming today to building-wide controls tomorrow, the same ballast unlocks a smooth, low-cost path to smart lighting.

Integrated LED Fixture

Such fixtures are manufactured with LED strips and dedicated led driver combined. The fixture are designed to provide a specific light color and lumen output. All components of the fixtures are design specific.

— Easy and quick installation. No additional parts are required. Such fixtures are sold as one complete unit and are “plug and play”;

— Disposable fixture. The entire fixture will need to be replaced when the LED strips or driver burn out;

— Not customizable. The LED diodes in this type of fixture are designed with a specific color temperature and lumen output. The fixture cannot be upgraded to different characteristics;

— The potential for upgrading is limited without a complete fixture replacement.

vs

Building-Block LED Fixture

Also known as LED-Ready Fixture. Such fixtures are like traditional lighting fixtures, which are designed to use replaceable, energy-efficient LED bulbs. So that customers can select the appropriate bulb for their needs.

— LED bulbs can be installed in desired color temperature and lumen output to match your lighting needs;

— Replaceable components. When the LED bulb or driver burns out, just replace the bulb or driver;

— Such fixtures will have a longer life rating than an integrated fixture because all parts and bulbs are replaceable.

— Easy replacement as new technologies come out (such as IoT embedded) in future. Upgrading to the latest lighting technology by simply replacing the old component with new one at low costs.
